Grading for Construction Sites. INCO works with general contractors on many types of grading projects. We will excavate sites and haul dirt. We can provide lump sum bids or even hourly pricing on our heavy equipment when we are not involved in large grading projects of our own. Please call our office for grading equipment availability. We can usually mobilize within a day or two to provide grading equipment and an operator to most sites throughout North Carolina, South Carolina or Southern Virginia. Wetland mitigation. INCO also provides wetland mitigation services. Our mitigation services include:
- constructing berms and swales
- installing drainage pipe
- developing of water control structures
- fine grading.
Upon completion of all heavy grading work, we provide mulching, seeding and other finish work to allow the area to function as a thriving wetland upon completion.
Utility installation services – We provide support services necessary for the installation of all utilities and drainage piping for residential, commercial and industrial development for public and private industry.
Land Development. We offer support services for heavy civil engineering earthwork type projects. Our civil engineering services include:
- clearing and grubbing
- grading sites
- removing and disposing stump-debris
- erosion control.
Our fine grading services include laser technology to assure final grade is within extreme exact tolerances. The company’s personnel and principals a 40+ years of combined experience in Land Development.
Demolition. INCO also offers the equipment and expertise to take on most low story demolition projects. We have everything necessary to provide in-house project management of your next demolition project. We provide safety management. site fencing-work zone demarcation, utility cap or disconnects, building demo, debris clean up and hauling and complete site cleaning.
